Plan Limited
Check how many threads your plan includes by visiting the settings page here https://dashboard.geonode.com/#/settings
For this user, the current thread limit is 10
Too Much Bandwidth
If you connect the proxy to your OS directly (Windows, Mac, etc) then all requests are being sent via the proxy.
When you are using all threads you will see 100% being displayed in the user dashboard under Statistics
