You can cancel your Geonode trial/subscription with these steps:
1) Go to the Service you want to Cancel (e.g. Residential Unmetered) https://app.geonode.com/services/residential-unmetered
2) Under Billing, Press Cancel Subscription
3) Fill out the form specifying your reason for cancellation then click Cancel Subscription to confirm your cancellation
